SEOUL, Nov 5 (Reuters) - South Korean builder GS Engineering & Construction said on Thursday it had received a letter of award for a $3.1 billion refinery expansion project in the United Arab Emirates.
More details would be available when a final contract was signed, GS E&C said in a filing with the Korea Exchange.
