	This board looks like it has crept away and died. No posts here for yonks. So in an attempt to liven things up, take a look at www.globalstockdata.com for a minute. Been looking at it for some time and mentioned it on several boards. I am impressed by their confidence in stock picking and especialaly in publishing their hit rate. 	Its a block listing of shares which avoids the need to apply to the UKLA each time you need to allot shares to the employee free share schemes. They will be allotted to the Trustees of the Group's Discretionary employee share plan over the course of the next few years. Each time they are allotted an announcement is made. Also each 6 months the Company must announce a reconciliation of blocklisted shares - how many are bought forward, how many have been used and how many are carried forward. Awards under the schemes can be no more than 10% of the share capital over a 10 year period fro 2004, which protects shareholders from dilution and allows the Company to reward/retain one of its most important assets - its people.
