Further to an announcement issued by the Company on 10 February, 2010 in connection with the proposed cancellation of the Company's AIM quotation and proposed change of the Company's name to Ecommerce Alliance plc, the Company has today posted a document to Shareholders containing a notice of EGM. (the "Circular").
If the proposed cancellation is approved by shareholders at the EGM it is anticipated that the last date for dealings in the Company's shares on AIM will be Friday, 19 March, 2010 with cancellation of admission of the Company's shares to AIM taking effect from 7am on Monday, 22 March 2010.
The EGM is convened to be held at 12.00 p.m. on 12 March 2010 at the offices of Eversheds LLP, 1 Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS, United Kingdom.
Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules, the Circular will shortly be available for inspection on the Company's website at www.getmobile-europe.com.
