	DS, I do not understand what it is that makes you so desperate that you resort to personal attacks. It would appear that the more reasonable or "intellectual" I get, the more hysterical you become. Are you challenging the contents of my posts or the poster herself? I think, on reading your missive, the latter is the case. You have still failed to address the last question I put to you about the relevance of the iis backing Yell so heavily. What is your take on this? Are you going to answer this, or are we just going to get another personal attack from you, because the ii investment blows a hole in your argument. As for you last paragraph, your logic is flawed. Why does the terms of refinancing HAVE to be announced next week? They have already said it will take a couple of weeks. In fact, it would make sense for the SP to be allowed to settle down after the announcement before setting the terms. Your last paragraph is a great way of shouting "Boo" at newbies, but has no argument, logic to support it by any stretch of mental callisthenics. So why are the iis backing Yell so heavily? 	To try and pre-empt the situation in regard to R T M ....i have asked a colleague to call into the Local Junter office from time to time to see if he can spot when this matter is logged on their Agenda..... 	Update from Hanson , still at buy: Stratex has issued an update on its Inlice and Altintepe projects in Turkey. The company expects to sign the definitive joint venture agreement with NTF by the end of November. Having already expended US$157,000 for a three month development programme, NTF continues to contribute US$50,000 per month until the agreement is signed. This has allowed Stratex to complete a pitting programme and start infill drilling at Inlice, with a new infill drilling programme also due to start at Altintepe. The company expects to get both projects into production within 18 and 36 months respectively and is already sourcing consultants and suppliers for Inlice. Stratex has sufficient funds for the next 18 months and will receive an additional US$1 million from NTF once the agreement is signed. As a result, we maintain our BUY recommendation on Stratex with a target price of 8.5p. Ultimately, I and the Irvine board will be able to come to a resolution for Irvine shareholders that allow them to participate in a fully funded, oil and gas producing business.
